What for me is better business?
Better business feels human. Sure, we can all talk the talk, but nobody can dictate how customers or employees feel when they interact with a brand. When we take care to build meaningful connections and habits to encourage creativity, autonomy and purpose, to the point that it can be felt at every touchpoint, felt in the organisation’s way of being, then we can really get some good work done.
When do I feel most human?
When we can be quiet. Looking into the eyes of another and catching a glimpse of their inner light.
